One bike. One rider. One conversation. We commission and assemble bespoke road, gravel and mountain bikes for cyclists who want a machine that fits exactly — to body, terrain, and intention. Kids bike assembly and triathlon bike service also available.
The Process
04 Stages / 8 — 14 weeksConsultation
A coffee on Gympie Terrace. We talk about the riding you actually do — distance, terrain, position, weight — and the riding you want to do.
Frame & Geometry
We propose a frame: titanium for life, steel for the soul, carbon for the watts. Stack, reach and chainstay length are tuned to you.
Componentry
Groupset, wheels, finishing kit. We choose for the salt air, the gravel, and the kilometres. Nothing on the build is there by accident.
Build & Fit
Assembled in-house with torque verification on every interface. A proper bike fit is included — saddle, bars and cleats dialled before hand-over.
Frames &
groupsets.
We work with framebuilders and component houses we trust. If you have a specific frame in mind we'll source it; if you don't, we'll suggest what fits.
